• Inactive accounts (no transactions for 12 consecutive months) may be subject to an inactivity fee.

999taka reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any account, without prior notice and for any reason — particularly where there is evidence of a terms violation. In such cases, any remaining valid balance will be reviewed for refund eligibility.

All financial transactions on 999taka are processed through Bangladesh's recognized mobile banking services — bKash, Nagad, and Rocket. We are committed to ensuring fast and secure transactions.

Deposit Rules:

• The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100 (one hundred taka).
• Deposits are usually credited to your account instantly. However, in cases of technical delays, it may take up to 24 hours.

• Deposits from third-party accounts are not accepted and may be flagged as suspicious transactions.

Withdrawal Rules:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is BDT 500 (five hundred taka).
